The Challenge

Media Friendly provides issue and crisis management training, media training, and public relations services for chief executives, directors, and managers from large enterprise and government organizations both nationally and internationally. The organization creates and collaborates on an expansive library of documents, including client-facing training resources and internal documents that constantly need to be accessed, edited, and shared across geographic locations. The company required a productivity-enhancing platform that would enable them to simply and efficiently collaborate with clientele in a secure environment in order to retain full control of the company’s intellectual property and sensitive documentation.
