Very few of us get to say that we go into work and improve the quality of life for the people we work for, which is why the men and women who work for Comfort Care Services (CCS) are so impressive. They are dedicated to delivering a level of care in their community services that exceeds the regulatory standards in line with government policy for supported living services. The organization provides more than two-hundred beds across a portfolio of supported housing facilities for intensive support, high-need, medium, and low-need service users.
Comfort Care Services (CCS) works with over nineteen local and regional authorities in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, London, and Surrey to deliver care in community services that exceeds the regulatory standards set by government policy. CCS provides a range of services from supporting low need service users to secure hospital discharge. After their steady geographic growth in the past decade resulted in an increase in its operational footprint from 1 to 35 sites, CCS required a collaboration platform that would allow its distributed team and partners throughout the United Kingdom to securely store, share, and collaborate on files.
We were honored that CCS, as part of its commitment to continuous improvement, selected our platform to enhance collaboration across its distributed teams to drive down costs and improve services levels associated care programs. SkyDox will be used by both back office and service user support teams to create, share, and collaborate on project documents, co-author internal reporting documentation, and disseminate and track training material provided by the CCS Training Academy to all staff.
